Doctor of Philosophy, historian and author Sakari Siltala (b. 1984) specialises in the study of commercial enterprises, the economy and social power relations. He has previously written several acclaimed books about big business in Finland. His latest book, High Stakes: The Life of Industrial Titan Walter Ahlström (2023), was nominated for the Kanava Prize and awarded as the Best History Book of the Year 2023.
